  The front desk should be skilled enough to assure the insurance is active before head to make an appointment.
  Such type of drama they do made when your are here for chekup shivering in pain and they said patient you had to pay out of pocket because the insurance is not active.dahh seriously you havnt checked and just cracking a lie that insurance is not active
